However, as with all production, there may be hidden material defects on a particular piece. If there is a defect it will normally break during the first few sessions and this is covered by the manufacturing defects warranty.
All Exocet boards and accessories are guaranteed against manufacturing and material defects for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase on the original receipt. The guarantee is only valid when the problem originates from recreational usage on the water.
The warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, second-hand purchases and B-grade boards.
For warranty issues, contact your local dealer or online shop where the product has been purchased. This warranty is solely for the benefit of the original retail purchaser and may not be assigned.
