WARRANTY

FOR HOW MUCH TIME DOES WARRANTY COVER YOUR PRODUCTS?

Exocet boards and hardware are covered by a 2-year warranty that covers manufacturing and material defects, valid from the date of purchase.

WHAT ARE THE LIMITATIONS ON THE WARRANTY?

• Damage or defects resulting from impacts with any materials or objects, including ramps and sliders.
• Damage or defects resulting from collisions, abuse, misuse, or accidental damage.
• Breakage or defects resulting from prior damage.
• Damage or defects resulting from transportation, loading, unloading, dropping, or handling out of water.
• Damage or defects resulting from heel dents.
• Damage or defects resulting from non-recreational use.
• Damage or defects resulting from inappropriate storage or handling.
• Damage or defects resulting from exposure to temperatures above 50°C or below 0°C.
• Damage or defects resulting from natural events such as floods, earthquakes, fires, etc.
• Damage or defects resulting from alterations or modifications, including the use of a larger fin than specified.
• Damage or defects resulting from repairs.
• Damage or defects resulting from the use of the board after a claim has been reported.
• Damage or defects resulting from flat landings.
• Damage or defects resulting from improper mounting or adjustment of bindings or foot straps.
• Any damage other than manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
• Damage or defects resulting from storing the board in closed, damp conditions, such as a wet board bag.
• Damage or defects resulting from impacts with the sea floor.
• Damage or defects resulting from tampering with and/or removing the air vent.
