A versatile sail for the everyday windsurfer The Vega V2 is a versatile performance sail designed to deliver high-end handling and dependable durability without stretching your budget. Whether you're carving waves, enjoying lively bump & jump sessions, or chasing freeride speed across flat water, the Vega adapts to match your style. Progressive range tuned to conditions The Vega V2's batten layout is sized to match what each sail will actually be asked to do. Smaller sizes run four battens for quick, manoeuvrable handling. Medium sizes step up to five for a more balanced feel. Larger sizes add a sixth batten and a cross-batten cut-out, maintaining a stable, powerful profile as the sail area grows. Tapered battens throughout create a clean, responsive shape that holds its form as the wind builds. A broad trimming range The Vega V2 responds clearly to downhaul and outhaul adjustments, giving riders room to tune for different wind strengths and riding styles. Downhaul pulleys make rigging smooth and efficient, reducing the effort needed to reach correct tension and keeping setup consistent session after session. Built for regular use Constructed from a combination of white bi-ply, 4 mil X-Ply, and a full X-Ply window, the Vega V2 offers solid UV resistance and reliable strength. Mast foot padding protects your deck and keeps your feet safe. Hardware options For riders who want to unlock the Vega V2's full performance potential — early planing, better top-end control, and optimal response — pairing it with Unifiber Essentials masts and booms makes a noticeable difference. For a more cost-effective setup, the Vega V2 is also compatible with Unifiber x XO Sails rig packs — ready to rig straight out of the bag. The Vega V2 is for riders who want genuine performance across a broad range of conditions.
