RS V5 Carbon 58

The RS V5 is a dedicated slalom board, continuously developed and refined by Patrice Belbeoc'h and his test team. Every detail: outline, hull shape, deck geometry, is tuned around the demands of the slalom course, where control and speed need to coexist under real racing pressure.

Outline Tuned for Control

With the widest point shifted closer to the nose and the tail width maintained, the RS V5's outline curve is flattened for improved straight-line control and greater speed entering gybes. In rough conditions, the refined shape allows the rider to stay focused on pace rather than managing the board.

Hull Shape for Speed and Direction

A mono concave beneath the nose transitions into a consistent V from the mast track to the back foot, sustaining speed and direction through choppy conditions where other shapes lose momentum or wander off course.

Deck Geometry for Better Control

Reduced deck thickness in the footstrap area rebalances front and back foot positions, reducing the loose, disconnected feel that can develop in rough water. Increased rail thickness at the nose improves early planing and adds control through gybes.

Comfort Built In

Double-density shock absorbers beneath the footstraps, paired with a triple-layer footpad, provide comfort and control across full race heats and long-distance sessions. Speed without the punishment.
