Description

Learning windsurfing is easier on the right board. The Link V4 is purpose-built for schools, clubs, and training centres: stable and forgiving underfoot, robust enough for daily fleet use, and designed around the needs of instructors as much as the sailors they teach.

Stable from the First Step

A wide, generous outline and parallel rails give the Link V4 consistent, predictable behaviour across a wide range of rider sizes and skill levels. New sailors can focus on the fundamentals: balance, uphauling, sail control, without the board adding difficulty of its own. For instructors, a board that behaves the same way every time means more time coaching and less time compensating for equipment.

Built for Students and Instructors Alike

A full EVA deck pad runs the length of the board, providing comfort and safety across back-to-back sessions. An integrated nose protector beneath the EVA shields against the sail impacts and knocks that accumulate quickly in busy teaching environments. An optional wheel mount at the tail makes moving the board across sand or uneven ground manageable for sailors of all ages, including the youngest ones.

Learning Together

A mast foot insert at the nose enables tandem sailing: an instructor or parent at the rig, a young sailor at the front, discovering the sensation of windsurfing for the first time. It is a simple feature that opens the sport to younger participants before they are ready to sail independently.

Daggerboard for Upwind Confidence

A retractable daggerboard is standard on the Link V4. In light winds, it enhances stability and keeps the board tracking without demanding constant correction. As skills develop and the board approaches planing speed, the daggerboard is retracted, giving the sailor room to progress further at their own pace.

Ready for the Long Season

Moulded construction is built to handle daily use across a full season with minimal maintenance. Fewer repairs mean fewer boards out of rotation and more time on the water for students, instructors, and the programme as a whole. The Link V4 is designed to be on the water as often as possible, and off it as rarely as possible.

A board that makes learning easier. Session after session, sailor after sailor.
